EL-SALEM HOMES was incorporated in Nigeria in 1997 a Real Estate Investment Company under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 and also a registered member of REDAN (Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria.) EL-SALEM HOMES NIGERIA LTD, a company that has the experience and track record for quick entry and quick exit investments in the real estate sector is a wholly owned Nigerian company with registration number RC: 324291.
The company’s operational areas include: Real Estate Development, Mortgage intermediation, Facility Management and Mass Housing Consultancy. It has to its credit wide range of properties ranging from bungalows to duplexes already developed for sale.
As at date the share capital of the company stands at N500Million while the total assets far exceed a billion naira mark.
The Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director of the company is Mr Ben Gbade-Ojo, an accomplished Real Estate Investment expert and a Mortgage Consultant for 28 (twenty eight) years.
Mr Ojo is Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and a former Managing Director of a Primary Mortgage Institution. He is also an Associate member of a United State Based National Association of Home Builders. He is supported by other professionals such as Architects, Engineers, Estate, Land and Quantity Surveyors and administrators.
El-Salem Homes is a member of Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry and is actively involved in the housing programme of the Federal Government of Nigeria. The company has been an active player in the housing market in Nigeria and as a member of Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN). Its role in ensuring that many gainfully employed Nigerians buy their houses under the Federal government monetization scheme cannot be over-emphasized. The company is the consultant to the Malaysian Gardens Project in Abuja (a fifteen thousand housing unit estate).
El-Salem Homes has developed over 1000 housing unit at Sabon-Lugbe East Extension (Phases I,II,III) Abuja called CO-OPERATIVE CITY GARDENS ESTATE on a development partnership basis and also 700 units of different types of houses in Dutse affordable Housing Estate ,JIGAWA State, North West of Nigeria.
The company is currently undertaking a project in Wuye in the Federal Capital Territory with about 700 unit of Commercial office/Shopping shops and office; also is the 400 Housing unit of various types of houses ranging from bungalows to duplexes at SAM NUJOMA HOUSING ESTATE in African University of Science and Technology (ASUT) .
